Truly the best. Ive had several tooth extractions (wisdom teeth, baby teeth), as well as implants, with Dr Kaplan. All of the procedures have gone smoothly. His team is very friendly and they make you feel comfortable before, during, and after surgery. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

I feel truly grateful to have been treated by Dr. Kaplan and his wonderful team. Over the past 4 years I had two procedures — a molar extraction and removal of a benign mucocele — and both experiences were exceptional. Megan at the front desk went above and beyond to secure an appointment within 48 hours, and every member of the staff was warm, reassuring, and genuinely caring. The office is immaculate and immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Kaplan performed both surgeries with remarkable skill and gentleness: essentially no pain, no stitches to remove, and no need for pain medication (only preventive antibiotics). I was able to eat carefully the next evening and was fully healed within a week. For anyone anxious about oral surgery, you could not be in better hands. I am sincerely thankful to Dr. Kaplan and the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to patient comfort — they truly go the extra mile.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough about the exceptional care I received from Dr. Richard W. Kaplan in the Palm Beach Gardens office. While visiting from out of town, I suddenly found myself facing a dental emergency that required a tooth extraction and bone graft. I was frightened and overwhelmed — especially after being told by several other dentists that an implant might not even be possible in such a narrow space. I left those appointments feeling discouraged and anxious about my future options. Being referred to Dr. Kaplan truly changed everything. From the moment he evaluated my case, I felt reassured. A few months ago, a friend of mine recommended, “Dr. Richard Kaplan, M.D., D.D.S.” to me when I expressed to her how unhappy I was with our current consultation appointment that my son and I recently had with another dentist. We were days away from having the wisdom teeth removal procedure done at this office and I was full of stress and feeling extremely uneasy about bringing my son there because my experience with the dentist and his front desk/staff. The entire team was disappointing, to say the least. First off, they actually seemed quite upset that we arrived 10 minutes “early,” before our actual appointment, since they were still eating on their lunch break which made the office smell like food. No one showed any amount of politeness and the staff was curt and cocky when explaining anything to me. Honestly, they just seemed annoyed with my questions. I felt like we were in the way and it was just the beginning of this process.
